Maureen Denise McCormick born 5th August 1956 Woodland Hills California, youngest daughter, and the sole son daughter of Richard McCormick. Her father was a school teacher and her mother as a stay at home mom. Michael Dennis Kevin is her the third of her siblings. McCormick began performing and singing in the early years of her life. The fairytale story of her rise to fame began when she was crowned her first Baby Miss San Fernando Valley contest when she was 6 which led to a call from the talent agent Pat Domigan of the Jack Wormser Agency who inquired if she would like to work in show business. McCormick's first big job was in 1964 when she appeared in a commercial on TV for Mattels new Baby Pattaburp doll. A year later she was a guest on an additional company's Chatty Cathy Doll and was soon cast in the La Jolla Playhouse play Wind ItUp and ItBreaks. The Brady Bunch McCormick won the 1969 audition of 1,200 youngsters to be one of the oldest twins on The Brady Bunch TV program The Brady Bunch, starring Florence Henderson as a newlywed with Robert Reed. The show ran for five seasons. McCormick admitted the story Heres the Story. Surviving Marcia Brady, and Finding My True Voice (published 2008) that McCormick was close to losing her Virginity with Barry Williams during the five-year duration of the show. The time was when she was just 16 years old and he was 19. The woman said it might be possible, however it was never the best moment to make the decision.
